Golang Job: Sr. Golang Developer

Super Money Games is the next evolution of skill-based gaming, allowing players to bet on their own performance. This is your opportunity to play golf, or bowl, and write code.

This is the first local hire of our development team. We have a remote team working out of eastern europe, and need to have some local presence.

Responsibilities:

• Writing golang microservices that will be under load (including unit and functional tests).
• Working closely with the DevOPs and SecOPs team to ensure a scalable and secure system.
• Work with a large collaborative team to create a best-in-class product and mentor a junior server engineers.
• Ability to architect a microservice
• Ability to perform code reviews for intermediate and junior server engineers.

Experience:

• Deep knowledge of building high available and scalable applications.
• Experience with test driven development

Ideal candidates will have some of the following:

• Writing microservices that handle load.
• Writing APIs (gRPC experience preferred).
• Golang experience preferred (otherwise: C++, C#, Java, Python).
• Relational databases (MySQL preferred).
• AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes experience a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
